Cobra Verde's Egomania (Love Songs) (four stars) combines singles tracks and previously unheard material into a cohesive 10-song package that offers a surprisingly representative sampling of the band's brilliantly iconoclastic hybrid of cerebral foreboding and earthy, punk-derived grit.
